Chaplain John D. Putnam


Since January 2006, Pastor Putnam has served as the senior pastor at the Pentecostals of Sheboygan County, Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
He has served as a Law Enforcement Chaplain since 2004.

Currently, Pastor Putnam serves as Law Enforcement Chaplain with the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office, the Wisconsin State Patrol and DNR Division of Law Enforcement, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and the United States Secret Service. He is the immediate past Region 4 Director of the International Conference of Police Chaplains serving the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. He is a Master Credentialed Chaplain with the ICPC and is a certified instructor.
 

Pastor Putnam graduated from Indiana Bible College, is married to Michelle (Hedges), and has three wonderful boys. Pastor Putnam is an avid bow hunter and enjoys the great outdoors.


Pastor Putnam has received a number of awards, including: 2017 Sheboygan Falls Chamber Mainstreet Board Member Service Award. 2017 International Conference of Police Chaplains-Wisconsin Chaplain of the year award. He was honored in 2019 to be awarded by Sheriff Cory Roeseler for 10-years of chaplaincy service at the Sheriff Office.
